The OCD and Anxiety Center of Greater Baltimore is a private outpatient center devoted to the treatment of obsessive-compulsive and anxiety-based disorders.  The center was started by director/founder Jon Hershfield, MFT.  After receiving his masters in clinical psychology and his license in marriage and family therapy, Jon trained and practiced at The OCD Center of Los Angeles and the UCLA Pediatric Intensive Outpatient Program before entering full-time private practice in California.  Originally from Sparks, MD, Jon returned to Baltimore County in 2015 to establish his own clinic specializing in the treatment of OCD and related disorders.  Over the past few years, Jon has written four books on OCD and supervised and trained a team of clinicians to specialize in the use of mindfulness and CBT to treat the disorder.  Our mission is to provide specialized evidence-based care grounded in compassion and the belief that our clients are capable of learning the tools and developing mastery over OCD toward a more joyful life.
